The Stihl MS241 C-M Petrol Chainsaw is excellent for harvesting thin wood, due to more powerful engine performance at a low weight. The Stihl MS241 C-M Petrol Chainsaw has M-Tronic as standard. The long-life air filter system with HD2 filter requires only occasional cleaning. This chainsaw model features an economical 2-MIX engine, and a 3/8″ PS saw chain for very high cutting performance.
The MS241 chainsaw has the following features:

User Safety Notice

When using a chainsaw, you must always take the correct precautions. Please wear the correct personal protective equipment before you begin using your chainsaw. Clothing must be sturdy and snug-fitting, but allow complete freedom of movement. Avoid clothing that could get caught on branches, brush or moving parts of the machine. Do not wear a scarf, necktie or jewellery. Tie up and confine long hair with a head scarf, cap or hard hat. You must wear suitable safety shoes with cut-retardant material, non-slip soles and steel toe caps. To reduce the risk of eye injuries, wear tight fitting safety goggle conforming to standard EN 166 or a face shield. Wear hearing protection, for example ear defenders. If working in an area with the risk of falling objects, wear a hard hat. Wear sturdy, protective gloves made from a resistant material.

If you are in any doubt about how to use a chainsaw correctly, we recommend speaking to your local STIHL Approved Dealer first. Many dealers offer a Click & Collect service, where you can order online then collect it in person where a trained member of staff can give you a full handover and instructions on how to operate the machine. Please note you should never use a chainsaw whilst on a ladder and should only use it in a tree if you have the appropriate qualifications.

Deliveries

We aim to deliver all Mainland UK orders within 3 – 5 working days of receiving your order.
As soon as the order has been processed all orders that are under 30kgs in weight are dispatched on a next day service with APC couriers.

We offer free delivery for any order to the UK mainland that is over £50 in value and under 30kgs in weight. There are however additional shipping costs for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and other remote areas of the UK.

Additional shipping costs for large heavy items that require specialist courier services may also apply. Delivery times will also be slightly longer for heavy items requiring specialist courier services.

For Click & Collect orders please wait until you have been contacted by your selected branch to advise that the order is ready for collection.

Returns

We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy all we ask is that goods must be returned as new, containing all parts and accessories and in their original packaging. Please include a completed returns form with your returned items.

Items must be returned at your own cost, however we will cover the return costs if the goods are faulty or if the wrong item has been delivered.

When returning items to us we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing in transit so please ensure that you receive proof of postage when returning any goods and have adequate insurance cover. We are able to arrange courier collection if you are returning large heavy items, please contact us at [email protected] for a returns cost estimate. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
