The Husqvarna EPOS™ RS5 Reference Station is a vital component for enabling high-precision, wire-free operation of Husqvarna robotic lawn mowers equipped with EPOS™ technology. Designed to handle RTK-GNSS signals between the mower and satellites, this powerful station allows for seamless communication and supports multiple EPOS™ units within a single installation.
With a coverage radius of up to 500 metres, the RS5 creates a highly accurate virtual work area, enabling satellite-guided mowing with precision levels of 2–3 cm. This eliminates the need for physical boundary wires and allows complete flexibility in lawn maintenance, including the ability to create virtual boundaries, tailored work zones, and temporary no-go areas.
