We have therefore taken the decision to make some adjustments within our business to fulfil the demands of running a multi-branded franchise enterprise.
To ensure we deliver the best customer service, we have taken the decision to have 3 separate professional sales teams one selling Fendt/Valtra full line equipment range, a second team selling Massey Ferguson full line equipment range and a third team selling our full range of Groundscare equipment. Each individual team member will have full access to the complete product portfolio held by TNS.
Our aim is to engage in the ‘Farmer First’ ethos so that we will be able to supply exceptional customer experiences. Our high-quality smart solutions will assist our customers’ decisions with the offering of full line product ranges through brand dedicated market leading sales professionals.
The Company will continue to focus on supplying industry leading support for our customers, for the entire life cycle of the machines they purchase. Therefore, service and parts support will continue through our Cross Product Customer Support teams in our multifunctional service centres strategically situated across the region.
The aim of these changes is to help maximise opportunities for our customers by offering market leading solutions. These products and services will suit all our customer’s needs whatever sector their business operates in and supply will be through our portfolio of established tractor and machinery franchises and our professional sales and after sales teams.
