COVID-19 Customer statement – updated 19th July 2021
Further to the recent announcement from the Government for step 4 of lockdown easing, we can confirm that we will continue to follow Government advice to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers. The Company will continue to follow COVID-secure policies and procedures to ensure that we are working within Government guidelines.
For our customers entering our showrooms whilst face masks are not a legal requirement, we do require their use in our showrooms and promote the continuation of social distancing and use of hand sanitiser provided. Please also continue to follow any one-way system upon entry. We ask that you do not visit our showrooms if you have experienced symptoms of coronavirus in the last 14 days, in line with the Government guidance.
We are happy to continue to provide a collection point outside our branches if customers feel more comfortable – please contact your local branch in advance so we can have your items ready for you.
