Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

To date, none of our sites has been affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we continue to monitor the rapidly changing situation carefully and, to follow the latest Government and Public Health England guidance.
The wellbeing of our Customers and staff is our paramount priority, as is our ability to continue to provide excellent Customer service throughout our network. We have therefore enhanced our already rigorous procedures with additional cleaning regimes and staff training to reduce the risk of exposure to the virus. In addition, we have identified those who are able to provide a full service whilst working remotely.

As you may anticipate, we are putting into place a series of more generic initiatives across the business, including:

Head Office & Site Functions
We will still be contactable and our teams will endeavour to provide the best possible service. Naturally, we will contact you personally if any adjustments need to be made to timings of any scheduled work or arrangements.

Welfare & Hygiene:
We have instructed our staff to observe a strict ‘no handshake’ policy and know you will understand that no offence is intended. Wherever possible, and dependent upon national availability, we have equipped our sites with additional hand washing materials and have implemented additional signage and posters encouraging their use.

Meetings: Non-essential meetings have been ceased and external face-to-face meetings are being limited. Conference and video call facilities are actively being encouraged for use as an alternative.

Self-Isolation: Consistent with Government policy, all staff have been advised to self-isolate should they meet the guidance for doing so. In the event that an individual is required to self-isolate or, a site needs to close, we will still be contactable and our teams will do all they can to provide the best possible service. The strength and depth of skills throughout our teams will enable us to allocate resources to ensure the minimum possible impact on our Customers.

However; I know that you will understand that we respectfully request your leniency and understanding during this difficult time.

Our thoughts go out to anyone who has been affected by COVID-19. We will continue to be diligent in our approach to ensure as safe an experience for you as possible. Meanwhile, may I take this opportunity to thank you for your continued trust and support.

Best regards
