Powered by a high-performance 36V lithium-ion battery and an efficient brushless EC motor, the KMA 80 R is compatible with almost the entire range of STIHL KombiTools (excluding the FSB-KM), allowing you to switch between attachments for trimming, pruning, hedge cutting, mowing, clearing leaves and more. Simply insert the desired attachment into the shaft and tighten it securely for fast, tool-free changes.
The ergonomic loop handle features a quick-adjust system, making it easy to set the ideal working position for improved comfort. It’s particularly useful when working on slopes, around trees or in confined spaces. The control handle also offers two speed settings, including an ECO mode for lighter tasks that helps extend battery runtime, and a full power mode for more demanding applications. Variable speed control is also available depending on the attachment being used.
Supplied with the recommended AK 30 S battery, this kit delivers excellent runtime while remaining part of the flexible STIHL AK battery system, where one battery can power a range of compatible STIHL cordless tools. A basic harness is also included for additional comfort during extended use.
