To ensure that we keep up-to-date with new machinery and working practices we invest in excess of £100k per annum in the training and development of the dedicated team that work at TNS.
In association with our manufacturers, we offer regular manufacturer training, management training and in-house training programmes to ensure we utilise the valuable skills, knowledge and experience gained by our employees whilst working for us.
To support our succession planning, we regularly recruit trainees and apprentices for our Service and Parts departments.
