We are diverse We are diverseOur busy Service departments offer opportunities for experienced technicians, whether fully or partly qualified; trainee technicians in ‘taster’ roles and Apprenticeships in engineering. If you are interested in developing a career in sales our demonstrator/sales support role provides a stepping-stone into field sales. The high tech sector of applications technologies is a strong growth area and we offer all staff involved in customer technologies sales and aftersales support the opportunity for ongoing development and training in this area. The Parts person role is customer facing, varied and challenging, providing the opportunity to develop a retail showroom area and market our products within the community. Our Specialist Installations Division plans and designs agricultural buildings and also manages building contracts, offering opportunities to college leavers interested in construction, agriculture and project management.

In association with our manufacturers, we offer regular manufacturer training, management training and in-house training programmes to ensure we utilise the valuable skills, knowledge and experience gained by our employees whilst working for us.

To support our succession planning, we regularly recruit trainees and apprentices for our Service and Parts departments.

An apprenticeship is a real job with training. We believe it offers young people a real opportunity to earn while they learn, as it is not just about ‘making the tea’. Our apprenticeships enable you to gain a national recognised Apprenticeship qualification and experience a “university lifestyle” by attending college on block release.
