COVID-19 Customer statement – updated 5th January 2021
Further to the recent announcement from the Government on 4.1.2021, we can confirm that we are able to remain open and will continue to follow Government advice to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers.
The Company will continue to follow COVID-secure policies and procedures to ensure that we are working within Government guidelines.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Melton Branch showroom remains closed this week (4-9th January for refurbishments). Account customers and for essential purchases you can call ahead to pre-order ready for collection.
Customers entering our showrooms will need to continue to wear face masks (unless exempt), use the hand sanitiser provided, follow any one-way system upon entry and adhere to social distancing. We ask that you do not visit our showrooms if you have experienced symptoms of coronavirus in the last 14 days, in line with the Government guidance.
We are happy to provide a collection point outside our branches if customers feel more comfortable – please contact your local branch in advance so we can have your items ready for you.
