SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Details:
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills and a "can do" attitude to join our friendly team. The role is workshop based, supporting the Service Manager. Duties include data inputting, processing warranty claims, customer contact - face to face and by telephone, filing, typing & general admin; Reception cover as and when required.

This is a full-time role (8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday) with an hour for lunch.


Qualifications:
Ideally. GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths Grade C or above.

Experience in using Microsoft office packages and excellent communication skills essential.

A background in agriculture/love of the countryside together with previous experience working in a service industry would be advantageous.

The salary for the role is £18,000.00-£19,250.00 depending on experience.

Job Title:
APPRENTICE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Details:
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person keen to work towards achieving an engineering apprenticeship.

You will need to be eager to learn, with good communication skills and a "can do" approach to tasks set; you must be willing to attend College on block release. An agricultural background would be an advantage.

Duties will include preparing machinery for delivery, testing, diagnosing and fault finding, repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery. You will also have administration responsibilities.

This is a busy, varied role that requires a flexible approach to working hours. It is a physically demanding role that involves a significant amount of manual handling.
Qualifications:
5 GCSE's (or equivalent) desired, Grade 4 or above, to include English and Maths.
Good IT skills are essential.

Job Title:
GROUNDSCARE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Details:
On the back of increased sales, and the Company’s commitment to ensuring excellent after-sales support to its customers, we are looking to recruit an additional Groundscare Service Technician for our busy Kennett workshop to repair horticultural equipment such as Kubota, Stihl, Stiga and Viking products.

Ideally, you will have experience servicing horticultural products (specific manufacturer product experience is not essential as manufacturer training will be provided).

You will pride yourself on your professionalism. You will have proven technical skills, a methodical approach to tasks set and excellent communication skills.

This is a physical role that requires a flexible approach to working hours (with a requirement to be on call out of hours on a rota basis).
