We are looking to recruit a Driver/General Maintenance Person to support our workshop and maintain our branch facilities.

Our core hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

The job involves working mainly outdoors and duties include cleaning and general yard maintenance, loading and unloading of heavy goods, collection and delivery of machinery and parts.

This is a customer-facing role. The successful applicant will be reliable and punctual with good communication skills and a professional approach to tasks set.

A full, clean driving licence is essential.

Experience of working in an agricultural environment/operating machinery would be a strong advantage.

The salary for this role is national minimum wage.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person keen to work towards achieving an engineering apprenticeship.

You will need to be eager to learn, with good communication skills and a "can do" approach to tasks set; you must be willing to attend College on block release. An agricultural background would be an advantage.

Duties will include preparing machinery for delivery, testing, diagnosing and fault finding, repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery. You will also have administration responsibilities.

This is a busy, varied role that requires a flexible approach to working hours. It is a physically demanding role that involves a significant amount of manual handling.

5 GCSE's (or equivalent) desired, Grade 4 or above, to include English and Maths.
