Job Title:
PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR
Details:
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills and a "can do" attitude to join our friendly team. You will be responsible for the timely and efficient answering and allocation of all telephone calls to branch; taking accurate messages and maintaining records is an important part of the role.

You will have an outgoing personality, a "can-do" attitude and a flexible approach to daily branch tasks.

In addition to reception duties, your role will involve data input, maintaining accurate records and general admin. You could also be called upon to assist the Parts dept at peak times.

This is a part-time role with min 25 hours per week, preferably working every morning, Monday - Friday.

Qualifications:
Previous experience of working in an office environment is desired with working knowledge of Microsoft office, data input experience and min. GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths Grade C or above.
