TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTAs part of our on-going commitment to our staff, training and development requirements are reviewed regularly, with Departmental Managers having the opportunity to identify and recommend their department's training annually. The Autumn of 2004 saw the launch of the AGCO Academy, which is a training programme developed by AGCO to ensure that the development of its own team members complements the training and development of the personnel employed by its network partners. TNS is fully supportive of this initiative and continues to work closely with AGCO to provide relevant and worthwhile training for its employees.
