Parts and Service

There is little doubt that future machinery sales business often comes as a result of a dealers parts and service support. At TNS we have a vastly experienced and dedicated team working tirelessly to provide customers with a first class parts and service back up.

All of our branches are supported by Part and Service departments each managed by trained experienced managers.

Our Parts Managers have some 120 years combined experience with TNS and our Service Managers total some 150 years working with us! To ensure we keep up with the times all of our Managers attend periodic training courses provided by our machinery suppliers.

Our Service Departments are equipped with all the necessary special tooling needed for todays hi tec machinery including lap top computers for fault diagnosis and our recently purchased Froment Sigma 5 Dynamometer which is capable of testing tractor performance in excess of 500 hp.

Our Parts Departments have an average stock holding of some £2,200,000 consisting of around 50,000 lines covering machinery parts and accessories. We have a dedicated inter branch vehicle to maximise parts availability at all our branches.

All in all we believe we offer first class support to our customer base but as in all walks of life there are times when things don't quite go according to plan, if we get it wrong then please tell us! There is always room for improvement.
